I recently learned that Team Rocket (by this, I mean Jessie, James, and Meowth) are still trying to please their boss and get Pikachu. Last time I saw them, it was Season 1.

Either get a new job or pick someone else to steal from!

They're probably just mad at them for spoiling their first attempt so they probably keep trying out of contempt.
