I always had a nagging suspicion that Goombalina's (from >a href="https://goons-and-a-bandit.deviantart.com/">Goons and a Bandit) hat and bowtie looked familiar. It wasn't until I came across a picture of Chuck Quizmo (from Paper Mario 1) that I realized why.

Goombalina stole Chuck Quizmo's hat! That tricky little thief! xD

ANd Chuck Quizmo asks a question; whats the name of Goombarios little sister, and one of the names is; GOOMBALINA!! I always thought that she looks like Chuck Quizmo! Here's proof of what I said--
